Returns are accepted on damaged product only. We will replace any damaged products upon receipt of the damaged product. Intimate apparel is NOT RETURNABLE, except under the following conditions:
•Sizing issues, if Divas shipped incorrect size.
•Manufacturers defects.
•Shipment arrives damaged.
•Customer MUST Request a RMA number within 24hrs from the date the package was delivered.
•Items accepted for exchange due to sizing issues, will incurr an addition fee.
Returns will not be accepted if:
•Items that are soiled, worn, DAMAGED AFTER BEING WORN, laundered or dry cleaned.
•By law, we can not accept return on intimate apparel, for hygiene purposes once they have been tried on or worn. We will considered open package on such items as tried on or worn.
•All seasonal, specials on sale, Jewelry, Accessories Items, Latex items.
Shipping charges for returns will be at the customer's expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part. Customers must inform Sweet Temptation of any order discrepancy within 24hrs from the receiving date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Sweet Temptation does not offer "CASH REFUNDS.
SHIPPING
Divas ship within the U.S. ONLY and offers FREE shipping on all orders over $100, with the exception of Alalska and Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $25.99 APO and P O Box (outsite of Alaska and Hawaii) will pay flat rate of $10. Shipping method will be determined by Divas.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DDIWS.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether DDIWS.COM signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DDIWS.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DDIWS.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DDIWS.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
